Consumer dispute resolution
We are not willing and not obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (section 36 VSBG). Your statutory rights and the option to go to court remain unaffected. Please contact us first at i116@pm.me.
Technical service providers
To run the service we use Vercel (hosting), Supabase (accounts, database and storage), Stripe (payments), Resend (e-mail) and Cloudflare (bot protection). Which data they process is described in the Privacy policy.
Content, liability for links and reporting unlawful content
We create the content of our own pages with care; we cannot guarantee its correctness, completeness or currency. Content that members of a family upload is private to the family and is their responsibility. Our pages may link to external sites whose content we do not control; the respective provider is always responsible for them, and no legal violations were apparent to us when the links were set. If you notice unlawful content, write to i116@pm.me; we review it and remove it where necessary.
